Supporting the communities in which we serve…
First Commonwealth continues to reach out to local communities in western and central Pennsylvania. First Commonwealth provides financial support through contributions and sponsorships to worthy community programs which enhance the quality of life of its citizens. First Commonwealth also encourages its employees to participate in making their communities better places to live and work by volunteering their time and talents to those worthwhile community programs.
First Commonwealth® is proud to announce the official lighting of the First Commonwealth Holiday Trees on Monday, December 1st at 5 p.m. in front of the Old Courthouse in Downtown Indiana, PA. While the Light Up Night for Indiana is scheduled for Friday, November 28th – the same date that our building will be illuminated – our two holiday trees will be showcased and illuminated on the following Monday... and you're invited to join us!
This holiday season, First Commonwealth® has partnered with local organizations within our communities to support those in need. It’s all a part of our dedication to make our communities a better and brighter place to live. You can help us make a difference this year by supporting any of the various efforts below.
At First Commonwealth, we encourage our employees to give back and to make a difference in the communities in which we live and work. And the Barner family has done exactly that. Kelsey Barner, 15, and Taylor Barner, 17, just published a 155-page book of cancer survivor stories entitled, "In Their Own Words."
